Refund Policy: 30 day Money-Back Guarantee
If for whatever reason, you become dissatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account activation, we will refund your hosting fees (including any setup fees), no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all shared hosting accounts, as well as all reseller plans.
The only exception to this guarantee is domain name registration. Domain name registration fees cannot be refunded since there is no way to un-register a domain name once it is registered.
To request a refund and the cancellation of your service, simply email your cancellation request to us at billing@gazzin.com, and include your name, address, account username, domain name of the hosting account, and reason for your cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your service after the 30 days has expired, we do not refund partial monthly or annual fees. |
